Safety First
We have implemented a HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) which is recognized system for reducing the risk of safety hazards in food
All products that are delivered to our locations have all the appropriate certificates. We carefully control its expiration dates and products' quality
HACCP is a systematic preventive approach to food safety in production processes that can cause the finished product to be unsafe and designs measures to reduce these risks to a safe level. In this manner, HACCP attempts to avoid hazards and makes it possible to foresee the risks in production of food and, thereby, provide consumers with safety guarantees.
We thoroughly select our suppliers, because the quality of our services depends on the quality of the products. Among our suppliers are such well-known companies as Trading House Petelino, Ostankino Meat Processing Plant, Danone, Unimilk, Diversey and many others.

We start service 5 minutes before the lunch time starts
All employees of corporate cafes are required to wear a badge so that guests know how to address them
The day menu does not have two similar dishes
During the service, the manager of the corporate cafe is in the dining area
Everything has a price tag
Every corporate cafe has the contact information of the cafe manager and chef
Our staff is the first to greet guests and ask what they would like to eat
All areas in a corporate cafe are marked by the corresponding signs
Each guest can ask any question or make a proposal and get feedback no later than 24 hours later
The food is served only in gloves
Each corporate cafe has a sauces table
